Dixie Springs is divided into 7 Plats. Phase I of Dixie Springs is comprised of Plats A, B, and G. Phase II of Dixie Springs is comprised of Plats C, D, E and F. Dixie Springs' property line is the closest residential property to the Sand Hollow Lake. (Utah law forbids residential construction within 300 feet from the water edge.)
