DIXIE SPRINGS PLAT MAPS

Dixie Springs is divided into 7 Plats. In Phase I of the development of Dixie Springs there are Plats A, B, and G inclusive. In Phase II of Dixie Springs there are Plats C, D, E and F that are in the development stage. Dixie Springs' property line is the closest residential property to the Sand Hollow Lake. But Utah law forbids residential construction within 300 feet from the water edge. Below are the various plats and a map of the combined plats in the development.
